Stand barefoot with your heels, back, shoulders and head against the wall, looking straight ahead and bringing your chin towards your chest. Carefully place a book on your head and slowly press it against the wall so that it is parallel to the floor. Measure the distance from the bottom edge of the book to the floor – this is your height.

Put on cycling shorts or tight underwear and stand barefoot with your back against the wall. Place a book between your legs and pull it up to your crotch, where the saddle would be. The distance from the top edge of the book to the floor is your inseam length.
