What Shipping Methods Are Available?
We deliver bikes via DPD carrier to the address you specify. Please choose an address where you can be reached during working hours. We will always send you a tracking code so that you know where your bike is at all times.
What are your shipping and return policies?
We know that buying a bike online has its drawbacks. That's why you can return your bike within 30 days of delivery without giving any reason and we'll refund your money. Just keep in mind that the bike must be unused, undamaged and returned in its original box. Otherwise, we will have to charge you a portion of the money you paid. And we'd hate to do that.
Do You Ship Internationally?
Yes. There is no problem to send the bike for free throughout the EU. In non-EU countries in Europe we will be forced to charge you a shipping fee and customs duty. We do not ship bikes outside Europe or to Russia.
Payments
What Payment Methods Are Accepted?
The easiest way to pay is by credit card. You can use the most common Mastercard and Visa cards, but also others. Of course, we also offer ApplePay or GooglePay. Another option is to pay via PayPal. Last but not least, you can pay by bank transfer to our account. In this case, select the proforma and we will send you all the necessary details for payment.
Do you accept international credit cards?
The most common ones! Namely Visa,Eurocard/Mastercad, AMEX or UnionPay.
Do you charge sales tax on any item?
No, why? Our prices are final for EU customers and include VAT, you pay no additional taxes or fees including shipping charges.
Shipping & Returns
I want to return my purchase! What do I do?
It's simple. Fill out the form on our website https://www.sava-bicycles.com/pages/return-bike and we'll take care of the rest.
How long does it take for me to get a refund?
For orders that have not yet been shipped, we refund the money immediately after cancellation. After that, it's up to your bank's speed to refund you. For returned bikes within 5 working days from the day we receive the bike from you. Each such bike must be inspected by our service technician to ensure that it is in the same condition as it was shipped to you.
How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?
Need to change something in your already submitted and confirmed order? Or cancel the whole order? No problem. It can happen to anyone. Send us an email to support@sava-bicycles.com, with your order number as the subject and any changes you want to make in the body of the message. We'll be sure to work it out together, and if not, we'll call you to confirm the changes.

Where can I service my Sava bicycle?
Regular servicing of your bike is a prerequisite for the flawless functionality of your bike. By servicing your bike, you not only gain the confidence that you can always rely on your bike, but also avoid costly replacements of un-serviced and therefore excessively worn components. So how do you look after your Sava bike? 3 options 1. Send it to our service centre An experienced team of Sava mechanics will take care of your bike. Fill in the form, pack your bike in a Sava safe box and we will order the bike to be transported by DPD. That's all you have to do. 2. I'm handy and the bike is not a shuttle Yes, there are plenty of handy people among cyclists who prefer to fix their bike themselves. Nevertheless, we offer you some tried and tested advice on how to take care of your bike. And even if you happen to find that you need a bit of advice, drop us a line. We'll get back to you as soon as possible. 3. Don't want to send your bike anywhere or deal with the service yourself? No problem. Find a well-reviewed bike shop in your area and have your Sava serviced there. If by any chance your local service colleagues need help with anything, let us know. We will get back to them.
How to resolve a complaint?

Where are Sava bicycles manufactured ?
Bicycles are assembled in the Czech Republic from parts manufactured in Southeast Asia. We manufacture our frames and other carbon components in our own modern factory in China. However, all problems and spare parts are solved directly in Europe. So you don't have to worry about any claims taking a long time.
Can I unlock the maximum speed limit on my electric bicycle?
Yes, you can. But you must be aware of the legal consequences of this operation. If you do decide to unblock, please email us at support@sava-bicycles.com to discuss the next steps. Unblocking is only possible at our service centre in the Czech Republic.
